Just had new windows and door fitted from Greenday and from start to finish they were easy to deal with. The salesman was very helpful in deciding what I wanted with some good suggestions of his own. The installers were incredibly polite and professional, where everything was installed quickly and to a very high standard. Could not recommend this company enough.

I am updating my review as this has now turned from a negative to a positive outcome and was dealt with in a professional manner within 24 hours. We did have a few problems but 2 guys from Greenday UPVC came to my property and I cannot thank them enough as the work was finished to a high standard and wouldn't leave until they knew I was happy with the completion. Having confidence in a company making big changes to your property is hard to have the trust but I can truly say I would recommend Greenday UPVC to anybody who want a professional company to complete any work on your property. Had a door fitted, really nice door but wrong colour. Called to inform them but the sales manager was obnoxious rude and just stated the contract. I asked to speak to the salesman and the manager just refused, was very ignorant and said no one would remember ever coming to my house. I think this company would be much easier to deal with without this particular manager. No customer service skills at all...... Got a call from Josh regarding the above issue and thankfully he was a great help. I like to judge on how an issue is rectified, if I'm to give a bad review it's only fair when the issue was resolved I give good feedback...

Windows looks great. The men who fitted the windows were lovely and tidied up afterthemselves. Had one small issue but rang up and it was resolved straight away so very happy.

We needed a new front door but were obviously hesitant to have anyone round to the house, the company assured us that anyone who came would be Covid secure and have ppe. On arrival Andy S was pleasant and friendly and did a great job of making us feel at ease. He was happy to explain everything to us to ensure we could make an informed decision. We felt his main concern throughout was simply making sure that we were happy with everything. Excellent service.

Greenday salesman, Andy Sharples, visited our home to measure and quote for some new windows. Andy was extremely polite and helpful. I was very happy with his professionalism and conduct and he gave an excellent impression of the company.
